These conditions apply to all bookings made for Casa Crap, Via Davos Crap 18, CH-7014 Trin Digg. When booking Casa Crap, Via Davos Crap 18, 7014 Trin Digg (hereinafter referred to as "Casa Crap"), you declare that you have read, understood and accepted the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). You accept these Terms on behalf of your entire group - whether for yourself or on behalf of from other people and/or book companies.
1. House Rules/Kitchen Rules

The “House Rules/Kitchen Rules” (written separately on January 20th, 2022) are an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservation

Payment will be made in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and cancellation policy. Restrictions may apply to certain reservations.
3. Minimum age for bookings
-
All bookers must be at least 18 years old.
4. Room Occupancy
-
The maximum number of guests in a room is determined by the specified number of beds. If the maximum number of people is exceeded without telling us at the time of booking - we reserve the right to demand an additional payment on site and/or to refuse access.
5. Pets
-
Pets on request. Bringing pets requires the prior consent of the landlord, Casa Crap, Via Davos Crap 18, 7014 Trin Digg. There is a surcharge for the pet. You are welcome to ask us about this.
We ask you not to let your pet into the bed, sofa or chairs! Thank you very much.
6. Parking (PP)

Casa Crap has a limited number of free parking spaces at the house. If these are occupied, there are paid public parking spaces available in the vicinity,
7. Additional Costs

The following additional costs, the list is not exhaustive, apply on for:

Tourist tax/guest tax
-
Pets
-
Final cleaning for single use of individual parts of the house/house areas or the entire house

Exceptional cleaning
-
Repair of damage to rooms and facilities
-
Manipulating and/or triggering false alarms of the fire protection system
8. Terms of Payment
-
The following applies to bookings outside the internet shop and the booking platforms on which Casa Crap can be booked:

currency and transfer
You pay for your service directly when booking by bank transfer in Swiss francs (CHF/SFR). Any bank charges and/or exchange rate conversions for your payment transfer are to be borne by you.

pay
When booking, the total amount is always due for payment.
The amount has 2 value days after booking at the latest
to be received by the payee. If the travel start date is before this point in time, the amount must be credited to the payee no later than 1 value day before the start of travel.

If the amount owed is not paid on time, the services can be withheld, the contract can be terminated and the annulment/cancellation costs can be claimed.
9. Cancellation conditions

Changes, rebookings or cancellations must be made in writing. These must be confirmed by the landlord. It the following cancellation costs will be charged (as a percentage of the total price):
Up to 31 calendar days before departure: 0%
30 – 16 calendar days before departure: 50%
15 – 3 calendar days before departure: 75%
2 calendar days before departure: 100%
In case of non-appearance (no-show): 100%
There is no right to a refund in the event of early departure.
We try to offer the same annulment/cancellation conditions on all booking platforms. Unfortunately, deviations can arise. For bookings made via platforms with “non-cancellable prices” (non-refundable rates), the annulment/cancellation costs are always 100% of the total price. No refund will be made.
We recommend checking your insurance coverage before completing the booking and, if necessary, considering travel cancellation insurance.
10. Cancellation by the landlord

Casa Crap is entitled to cancel or change the agreed service or to offer a replacement if there are important reasons. If the fulfillment of the contract by Casa Crap is made impossible or impaired due to force majeure, Casa Crap is entitled to withdraw from the contract - with reimbursement of the services not used. A claim for damages does not exist.
11. Responsibility

Smoking ban: There is an absolute smoking ban in the entire house and in the rooms. (Smoke detectors in every room!)

Fireworks: The lighting, lighting and firing of any fireworks, rockets or volcanoes etc. are not permitted throughout the village of Trin Digg due to the high risk of fire.

Visitors: Guests are responsible for their visitors.

Damage: The guests are obliged to report any damage to us immediately.

Laws: You are expected to comply with local laws and regulations.
12. Liability

Each guest is responsible for the safe storage (against theft and/or damage) of their own effects and valuables. Casa Crap assumes no liability.
The tender was created to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any influence on the rented property by force majeure, by power and water failures customary in the country and by storms. Likewise, there is no liability in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as official orders, sudden construction sites or disruptions caused by natural and local events. However, the landlord is happy to help with solving the problems (as far as this is possible). Liability on the part of the landlord for the use of the infrastructure and equipment provided is excluded. The arrival and departure of the tenant is his own responsibility and liability.
13. Covid-19 situation

With your booking you confirm that you comply with all requirements of Casa Crap and the Federal Office of Public Health BAG in relation to COVID-19. In the event of disregard and/or misconduct, Casa Crap reserves the right to charge the person responsible for all costs, expenses, cancellation fees and any fines incurred.

14. Severability Clause

Should one of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) or the integrated documents/components mentioned under point 1 be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Unless otherwise agreed, the ineffective provision shall be replaced by an effective provision that largely takes into account the economic purpose of the provision and the will of the parties at the time the contract was concluded. The same applies to any gaps in these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the integrated components/documents mentioned under point 1.
15. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

Place of jurisdiction is CH-7014 Trin. It comes exclusively Swiss right to apply.
